Hi Leslie, the Asana <> Salesforce/CRM you’re using integration can be really helpful to create visibility on the organization level by adding field flows that trigger request for specific advocacy asks/recognize customers as advocates/log their last contribution depending on the way you’re using Asana. Having the request made in SFDC is a good way to build adoption over the form. In my experience Asana form usage adoption across different departments can be a pain point.

Hi @Emma Hanevelt, I’d recommend the following steps for increased visibility: 1. Create an “Ambassador” contact field on the SFDC Account Level to display the name and contact profile of the Ambassador 2. Create an “Ambassador Contact” checkbox field on the Contact Level for reporting on contact level 3. Create a dependency that every contact should have a linked account (if this doesn’t already exist) 4. Create an automation to link the two Ambassador fields: Trigger: “Ambassador Contact” field is checked Action: The “Ambassador” field on Account level displays the contact

Something like a neon light sign would be interesting. You could either have it branded or send out the flexible lights which allow people to create their own shapes and designs. It would be great for UGC and you can build on that to create a campaign showcasing the designs created across different platforms.
