Just had a listen... really appreciate the tangible takeaways and examples. LOVED the improv example of film noir script • use chatgpt as a starting point as a draft and make it unique, relevant, and yours. (fact check too) • Focus on being human to discover where your customer is with each touch point • Allows you to be Efficient and indispensable. Such a great point.
