^ is almost exactly the same structure that I use. I like to include a deadline for them to express interest so I'm not overbooking things. If there's anything in it for the individual, I'll include that (e.g. we film our fireside chats and provide the recording after. We also offer to write a case study to accompany the session as a takeaway for the attendees and provide that PDF to their marketing team to repurpose/reuse)

Hi Becca - we've taken our case studies and created a slide for each of them. We boil it down to productivity improvements and also include a quote from the customer's leadership team. If we have video, we'll embed that too. The sales executives can then select which current customer most closely matches the prospect and include that slide in their pitch deck. The full case study/video testimonial are available on our website too. We use HighSpot as our sales enablement platform so it's easy for sales executives to create custom pitch decks from the full sales deck.

Regarding the thank you, we often will provide a small consumable gift immediately after they leave the stage (Godiva chocolate has been a winner) and take photos for social media. I always get permission from the customer to post and tag them and their company. If they're traveling, they probably don't want to try to pack another swag item, so we'll ship them something bigger from our branded store afterwards.
