So the strategy is thought leadership? Publish an ebook. Doesn't have to be super long. Allows the leader to get his/her thoughts out there. Create a framework or something.

in general, i want to know the before, during and after. Before they used your product, how did they solve their problem (if they have). What did they do? During - while working with you, what was the process like? How did they feel? What were they surprised about? After - After working with you, what changed? How has things improved? Also, I think @Joel Klettke probably has some good questions. I got some from him a long time ago
