I make the consistent recommendation to any program to distinctly *not* gatekeep customer content like case studies. There are plenty of other ways to collect lead information through the marketing mix and I have found that the benefit from prospects and partners having easy access to these testimonial assets far outweighs the potential value of an unqualified lead. Supporting revenue and deal cycles, to me, entails removing as many barriers as possible.
