I’d say a similar timeline to @Sarah Howell If you set and align on objectives and key players from the onset, it can move faster Big brands/big companies, means lots of reviews and brand protection so these can be significantly longer, like a year or 2

Keep it brief - a few questions if possible Go back to the purpose/program targets that you set in your planning phase and derive survey questions from those to help you determine program success Eg, we set out to do X, survey responses state we achieved Y%

+1 to @Shannon Howard I’ve created intake docs to understand and get alignment on the request that clearly states the campaign objectives. From there you can figure out the segmentation needs (and perhaps learn more about your own segmentation limitations / whether you need to dig in there and take it to its next level).
