Hi CMA Crew,
I need some help / advice!
One of my OKR this quarter is to create a Customer Case Study and my Senior Director of Demand Gen is asking me to create a "Workback Game Plan" which includes all of the steps on how I can achieve that.
Any tips or advice?

Kevin normally spends 2-3 hours a day analyzing the community and research on a lot of things.
