Completely understand @Ciana Abdollahian! A lot of things are at play. I have used adoption data to target customers for specific asks. So for example take the top 200 users out of 50,000 users and fine tune the target list. I have also joined customer kickoff celebration calls to talk about the program. Worked with L&D teams, they were given a program slide and directive for when they did kickoff training sessions at customer locations. Finally, at a former company had a peer review ask at the end of the NPS survey for those customer who gave 9 & 10 responses. It was not too successful however the setup for this was 10 minutes.

Hey @Jennifer Lyons I used the North America average of $133k. Divided by 52 weeks and then divided by 40 hours. Many other factors to consider this hourly rate. The $133k is a national average spanning locations, levels and industries.

Here is my first attempt at creating an AI video. The end goal is to create videos using a customers avatar vs. a template avatar as shown in these videos. I think that within 3-9 months the quality will improve and then can use the technology for public customer videos. These are free tools and the paid version output is likely are a bit better. "Deep fake" videos seem to offer the best quality today however I am not skilled in the creation of them yet. *<https://share.synthesia.io/8754f19d-1dd7-4d47-bd33-8809f0ef529b>* and <https://aistudios.com/share/646295763a261d001459ec96>

Agree and if a contract role, benefits are excluded. Contract roles historically paid a bit more than a salary role given that contract roles don't come with benefits.

This is a dilemma. Reminds me of social media influencers using filters. Those influencers who initially didn't use filters found their views went down since others were using filters and looked better. So now most all influencers use filters and most all influencers dislike filters. So perhaps everyone will be using AI to write and promote in the near future and we'll all dislike it.
