Hi @Morgan Wright - giving some advice as someone who recently negotiated a pay increase for herself...if you can, reference an open job posting where the pay range is listed. More and more companies are doing this as state legislation for pay transparency becomes more common. Search "Customer Marketing Manager" roles that are similar to yours (e.g. same industry and company size), and look up open job posts that have similar responsibilities and scope to yours. It can take some time, but if you're able to do this, it gives your manager/employer an up-to-date example they can reference. It can also send a subtle message of, "Hey, this other employer offers competitive pay for the same work I'm doing now." Might light a fire under their asses. πŸ˜‰ I hope this helpsβ€”good luck!!

+1 @Evan Huck - the term "case studies" gets used a lot by my coworkers in marketing + sales - I always have to follow up and ask what they're actually looking for. (Spoiler: they rarely need an actual full-fledged case study.) πŸ˜‚
