@Marie Elliott when I'm emailing customers to generate the last few reviews we need to reach our goal, I use: "Will you help us reach the finish line?" and/or "Help with reaching the finishing - {insert company name}. This has been successful and I use this for 1:1 outreach.

Hey CX crew! Question for the group re SPIFFs around review acquisition efforts with Customer Success teams. What is the general opinion regarding including minimum requirements for eligibility for the top 3 rewards? Should the top 3 rewards be granted to the highest achievers, with or without a prerequisite of a minimum number of reviews attained? We're working with about 60 participants, which I think is important to consider with regards to reach. Thank you!

After the call takes place, with advocacy not present, we plan to ask our customers how the call went, and within that, questions like - 'what are the top three valuable questions that we're asked?' In this way, we can gather information on what areas we can support our prospects in, if the calls arent recorded or advocacy is not present.

Hi everyone, I'd love to hear your thoughts on *recording, or not, sales reference calls*. We're leaning towards adopting a best practice for prospects and customers to meet without the advocacy team and without the account executive on the call, in order to offer the prospect and the customer a non-biased and non-directed environment to discuss the product. At the same time, we can see this as a missed opportunity to hear a customer's story and possibly have the opportunity to repurpose content into a review, a quote, and/or a larger customer story. Any thoughts?

Hi Emily! We have not yet integrated AI into our customer story creation. However, we are as a company focusing on AI in product development. Within our advocacy team, however, we don't leverage AI - perhaps Chat GPT every once in a while to get some inspiration on different ways sentences can be constructed for customer outreach. Looking forward to learning here how others use or anticipate the usage of AI!
