The pricing is also insane. I have heard from multiple people that the renewal contract rates were between 25% and 400% upcharge from their original contracts. It seems like Jigsaw is intentionally trying to push out their smaller customers.

It's more the soft approach through education, where there's an overview/teaser of the other feature/product and “lmk if you'd like to speak with an AM” as a CTA. Community needs to be a safe space for customers. They’ll be less likely to engage and give honest feedback if they feel like anything they say will result in a sales pitch.

I've done this with Alyce Gifting Gurus. The kickoff meeting was generally like this: 1. Intros for everyone and an icebreaker question 2. Purpose of the community/why they were chosen for the pilot 3. Walkthrough of what had been created so far 4. First impression Q&A and feedback 5. 15 minutes to play around with the interface 6. More Q+A now that they've had some time to explore 7. What should we add/subtract/do differently? 8. Next Steps 9. Everyone attending receives a small thank you gift

Do not generate until I say it is all done" to your prompt, and then when it spits out the partial data, say "continue" and it will put out the next part, etc. Then cut and paste the parts together into your spreadsheet.

I'm using this prompt for my improv team (we do an improvised film noir movie, which has a very distinctive way of speaking), but it's fun to get ChatGPT to write things in different voices and lexicons. Check this out: "I'm going to paste some copy. How would you say these statements like a 1920s gangster in a film noir movie?" (You then paste some copy. Try it with a recent email you received or a LinkedIn post you found interesting). I've had success with Shakespearean language, too!
