Hey Shannon - we had 2 customers do this at our RKO last year! Basically, we structured it as a fireside chat where they started off telling their side of the story, and then the AE who ran the deal kind of did a Q&A with them as well as the audience. hope that helps!

anyone have advice for responding to negative reviews left on your G2? We got one recently where the person didn't put their full name (and G2 isn't being the most responsive when I'm asking for help retrieving any contact info so I can contact them privately) and when we've scrubbed support records, nothing is pulling up to prove that this person has tried to get in contact with us...I'm almost tempted to do a quick push for some reviews so it'll at least move this negative review down from our homepage

also, make it fun for them! I would regularly post updates of the leaderboard in their slack channels so everyone knows who is participating - good for the friendly competition as well as for the managers to see who is taking it seriously and getting customers involved

👋 I've run several with our CSM team - main thing is manager buy-in, so make sure you meet with the CSM managers to get awareness. I'd also suggest getting on one of the team meetings to announce the spiff program and bring more awareness and stress the importance of what specific case studies you need (use case, persona, etc)

I have a deck where we update it quarterly with all badges we've won - that way our sales team can grab any to insert in their prospecting decks for customers/potential customers, and then we've also started recently sharing the satisfaction ratings grid that compares our scores to our top competitors - we go up a lot against others, and sales loves using this in their pitches/further deal discussions. Lastly, we always publish our G2 Grid Report for our category every quarter within our Resource Center. Hope this gives you some ideas!

not sure what the event is on, but the most success we had recently was hinting at offering them a free trial of a new product - and stressing the exclusivity of the offer - in the messaging. Also focused a lot on getting the CSMs to be the ones to send the invite, as they were the closest to those customers
