My search is going just alright this week... was rejected from Frontify after a 2nd interview as they are looking for someone with more management experience than I have. It's frustrating as I know I'm a skilled manager, and I fit the role pretty perfectly, but it's definitely an employer's market right now. Will keep pushing...good luck to everyone else here and thanks for your continued support!

Thank you for asking, Kaily! Ideally I would join a customer marketing team as I love to specialize in case studies, campaign management and events when possible. But I have extensive experience building programs from scratch, so for the right company I would be willing to be a team lead. I don't have a huge preference on industry or company size, but I have mostly worked at Series A-D startups about 100-500 in size.
