What platforms are people using to run the application process for their awards programs? For reference, we use typeform and that has worked well enough over the first two years of the Golden Grots. But in the name of evolution, I wanted to see what else was out there before we launch year 3.

Would you look at that?!? Meet Jacob Benjamin Palay. Born Friday, July 26 at 2:11 am after putting his poor (but badass) mother through 23 hours of labor. He was 7 pounds 10 ounces and measured 19 inches. We are now home and learning how to do this life together. Plus Jacob has his own baby Grot already.

@Rebecca Grossman I think a hybrid of what I did and what @Lauren Stefano talked about might be a great idea. That way you can cover the big expenses of airfare and hotel with the booking system and then let them use the budget and vendor restricted card for the transport

So we use Navan and can generate a link for them to book their travel using the system as a guest user. So then allows us to pay for it on our corporate card, but allows them to make all of their choices

Like @Valeria Gomez, I've been to the one in NYC and the Bay Area one last year and enjoyed them both. I thought the one in the Bay Area was done better than the one in NYC as it was over 2 days (though they could have scheduled things a little bit better on day 2 as it was on a friday). The content they put together is definitely worthwhile for folks any place along their CMA journey. But depending on where you are in that journey or what you're current priorities are, the agendas can be either more or less effective for you.

But given that it's being held in Maidenhead, I would highly recommend folks going as that's a lovely little area and if you can swing by the little town of Cookham as it has great pubs and an amazing indian food restaurant called Maliks
