What's happening in your communities this week?
I'm working on the strategy for the entire community (not CMAweekly's) and we are using a Category approach that includes Hubs for customers to visit to see what's happening in their industry. We have 15 in total. Has anyone else worked on something like this? I'm wondering if I should treat them each like their own sub community and have a designated person internally who wants to help drive engagement and content.

Wrapping up the workspace improvement plans to start building more programs and value-add experiences for members.
Why build that? Do customers want this, especially curious on that given that I know in some industries and communities that serve them that they wouldn’t want that experience to be solely among competitors in their space. Or is this solely a knowledge/resource hub but no conversations?

Nice. Any program ideas come to mind?

Starting with content and then will definitely layer on others ones for members, too 😊
