GM! Is anyone seeing any amazing business impact to company OKRs from their community? And if so, what are your metrics and how are you tracking them?

Our community is brand new, so no trackable impact yet. What are the big company goals? I'll tell you what to look for.

Hey Rachel are you leading a product/software/brand community? Happy to share how tracking works for metrics like customer retention, MQL’s, and support deflection (this is becoming less important in the AI-age, but is still a metric that brands pay attention to).
