hiiii - i'm curious for those who use slack for their customer community, what tools and software do you use for reporting and what do you like about it?

Slack Analytics: Love the on-platform of it but there’s a native delay that you have to account for your reporting
Common Room: The encompassing value of their reporting capabilities across platforms, including Slack
◦ Robust: Time to reply, countries, engagement, etc. that can be sliced and diced for deeper insights
Tightknit: Early-stage and excited about its possibility for X-module reporting throughout your Slack workspace for your community program
