Yes, hot topic. I just recorded a podcast with @Aparna Sharon Isa Dass This was a topic we discussed. It comes out Jan 15. Till then, I have a post in the queue that also touches on this. It will be posted after Thanksgiving.

I would be open to doing a 2-4 part workshop for those interested in this topic, but would have to either have a vendor sponsor, charge participants, or offer it for free to any advocacy program that participates in the advocate experience research project I am getting going.
