Hello Krutika, what are your goals or what is the story you're hoping to sell to ELT?

Good question! I want to show how customer marketing can be a true partner to the renewals team—it could be through helping engage customers in meaningful ways (not just loyalty programs but maybe speaking opportunities as well?), strengthening relationships (CABs, etc?), and ultimately driving retention.
Here's what I have so far. CM to align with the renewals pipeline so we can:
• Proactively support customers up for renewal with relevant, value-driven campaigns.
• Offer educational initiatives where needed to help customers get the most out of their investment.
My main intent is to say let's make customers feel supported, informed, and excited to continue their journey with us.
