🇯🇵 JAPAN CASE STUDIES 🎌
Does anyone have a good process they use to capture case studies / customer stories from customers in Japan made for global, English speaking audience(s)? Additionally, any vendors you use that do great work in Japan?

Assuming:
• Need to create both a video and written case study
• The customer only speaks Japanese or would expect to do it in Japanese
• Video output to be in Japanese, with English CCs
• Storytelling needs to align with our brand of storytelling
• Written case study needs to be written in both English and Japanese (which may be optimized for different styles - the former for webpage, the latter for Print brochure (common in Japan))
Any experience, recommendations, or thoughts much appreciated!

@Wynn Tanner I did a couple of Japanese case studies when I was at Vimeo. Let me reach out to some former colleagues, we did work with a vendor but I can't remember off the top of my head. I'll try to get back to you within a few days.

@Wynn Tanner We are using Two Rhythms at Vimeo now.

Do you have an example of a video they've made?

This isn't Vimeo related - but here is one example they sent us: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUBZovXLhiw

Ah! Hi <@U09NG5FECAE> 🙂 I'm not sure if you want to ask the content team, but the folks I worked with when I was there was for the Vermicular case study (probably pretty old at this point, but was a good one). It's possible it was Two Rhythms!

@Emily Gover and <@U09NG5FECAE> Do you have any best practices for process when you're creating multiple assets in different languages?

@Wynn Tanner Always have a local person proof everything.
