Hi all - question, my manager wants me to create a library of "pocket stories", quotes or metrics to reference - really anything that sellers can quote or reference in a sales convo about other customers, even anonymously, that haven't necessary gone through all approvals for a public-facing case study. Has anyone worked on something like this? Any format that sellers like?

I've done the same as Liz ^
A spreadsheet of all stories, with relevant quotes, and a link. I'll also usually add in columns like industry, key metrics, and products used

I generally find that sales folks like slides that they can work into conversations. Ideally, each of your case studies has an accompanying slide to go along with it. And then you could do the same for quotes that haven't necessarily made it through all of the approvals—as long as it wouldn't be used externally.

we have a proof points library that sounds very similar to what Liz and Charlotte have, which links out to a slide deck library that can be used in Sales presentations. I have 2 tabs on the sheet (it's literally a Google sheet -- not very sophisticated 🙈 ) -- one for public stories, one for private which includes the correct way to anonymize. we have anonymized slides in the deck as well. i want to revamp our library but the sales team, esp BDRs, love it. every time i go in, there are 5+ other ppl in the sheet 🙂

@Taylor Page sometimes you don't need a fancy solution. As long as the right people are using it, that's 90% of the battle
