Had a small win and wanted to share with this group bc I thought you'd appreciate -- and it may be of use to folks here as well!

We launched an A/B test on our Request a Demo page where we had one variant that was just the form and one that included a customer story blurb and logos. Obviously we know that social proof is crucial but honestly, even I was surprised by the vast discrepancy in performance. The variant with the customer story drove 2x the demo requests from Enterprise accounts and 20% more demo requests in Commercial accounts. It's a great reminder for us internally how much of a difference customer stories make -- and a good justification for investing in customer marketing & advocacy!
