Hi all - I manage the Executive Advisory Board program at GitLab, and would love to connect with others who manage similar programs at their companies. Our EAB is quite robust, but looking to optimize further and learn what works (or doesn't) from others who might be a bit more advanced in their program. Looking forward to connecting. 🤝

i've run our CAB at Kong for the last 3 years -- it's always a work in progress 😅 . i've been actively upleveling it from a product-focused CAB to an exec CAB over the last year plus and would love to chat about y'all's EAB (and can share about ours)

That would be great @Evan Jacobs - one of the things we are exploring at GitLab is how to better support the global audience given timezone and travel challenges for our EAB meetings/events. Looking forward to chatting more!

There was a lot of great info and discussion, and I am excited to share back with my team as we continue to optimize our program looking ahead to 2026.
