Happy Friday all! For those running CABs, what do you do for CAB alumni when their time on the CAB is done? We want to keep them engaged as a customer, so are planning to still share the quarterly meeting slide decks and summaries (no customer names included). Maybe a send off gift of some kind.

Any thoughts @Amy

The CAB experts I have met with suggest that communications to the customers come from the CAB exec sponsor, never from sales, typically the CMO. As a matter of fact, engaging sales as part of the CAB program is not recommended. As for gifts, in the most recent discussions I have had, a decent donation to a nonprofit of the customer's choice is a good way to go especially since many customers (especially government/public service) are not allowed to accept gifts. I do like to send a short survey after the CAB meetings to collect feedback about the CAB, suggestions for the topics for the next CAB meeting and use that platform as a way to offer either the donation or some kind of appropriate gift (so the customer can then make the decision on what they are able to accept)

This was more about what you all do for "graduated" alumni in your CABs.

Are you specifically looking for what gift to give then @Shelly Ryder?

What info they provide to CAB alumni such as meeting summaries, to keep them engaged and informed. And maybe any Thank You gift.
