on our end, depending on the part of the world is your CAB Member coming (and the season for them - summer/winter) we have a welcome kit with several items:
• personalized welcome letter from our CBO
• The Northface jacket (winter) or qualitative futa / beach towel (summer) (CAB branded)
• qualitative notebook & pen (CAB branded)
• olive oil (we are a Croatian company operating worldwide and we produce also aside some olive oil)
We wanted to give something qualitative and with a story also associated to who we are, as one of our uniqueness is this Croatian identity.
Fully agree with what Lauren shared as well - it has to be something meaningful to them and qualitative.
We are thinking about updating this welcome kit - so any ideas are welcomed 🙂

I like to do something new everytime and bring in a personal feel but also something related to the location - especially if lots of people are traveling in.

Spring in Phoenix we did:
• Personalized leather portfolio (Initials on the front, CAB branding inside)
• CAB branded tote bag (held all the gifts)
• Arizona local snacks - something sweet and something salty
• Hand written welcome note
Fall in SF we're doing:
• Beach blanket with the Golden Gate bridge - comes with a branded leather strap handle
• Notebook etched with SF cityscape
• Local SF chocolate
• Hand written welcome note
