Hi! I am working on my FY25 advocacy program planning deck and we need to standardize how we are rewarding our advocates/references... Besides implementing a new tool (like Influitive, etc.) have anyone built out a rewards tier system that has worked well for them? (Sendoso integrations? Ways to automate?) Any insights are helpful ๐ Right now, I am tracking everything manually and sending out individual Sendoso gifts. TY!
When I had Sendoso at a previous company, we built out a landing page where people could fill in their name, mailing address, and any info to send a gift (t-shirt size, choose your gift, etc.).
Wonder if you could create pages for different types of advocacy activities, then automate sending that page over after the successful completion of an advocacy activity.
@Grace Corey - I'm a big fan of recording these things in your CRM if at all possible. The benefit is that you can give visibility to others in the organization, but also that you can measure these things against renewal and expansion opportunities too. Twice now I've used the "Log a Call" feature in Salesforce and had a special version created for the customer marketing team to use. The drop down of activities represented all of the things we wanted to track (blog post, reference, customer video/story, speaking engagement, etc.) so we could bucket the activities in our quarterly reports. We used the date field to record when it happened and then also had another date field on the record labeled "Thank you sent". Not every act of advocacy needed a thank you, but that way we could also easily report on that. Or see who was getting a lot of gifts vs none, etc. ๐
I love @Shannon Howardโs idea too - different pages for different acts. Sendoso should hopefully already be integrated with your CRM too.... ๐ค
Thank you both! We are currently using our CRM for tracking reference calls, so I like the idea of also tracking the rewards there, too!
