hi all -- what are you using AI for in your day to day tasks? trying to get more efficient and would love to hear what others are doing! currently i'm using chatGPT for email/messaging but know there is more I could be doing

I use it to clean up transcripts! Way easier to review after a customer interview 😅. Also I use Claude (my work pays for it)

I use this [Prompt: Here is a time-stamped transcript. Please remove the time-stamps so that I can review a clean transcript from beginning to end.]

Gemini (part of G Suite) has been very helpful in note taking and summarising both internal and external meetings which saves a lot of time, and allows us to quickly review key takeaways.

Analyzing Customer Feedback: I pull our customer feedback into a sheet, anonymize and have AI pull any common themes and also create a summary for our executives to show our strengths and weaknesses.
Responding to G2 reviews: I created a GPT that can create personalized responses for each review
Content creation: All the blurbs in our customer newsletter need to be under 140 characters so use it to shorten, I just used it to "write" a blog, I wrote my notes than created a flow I wanted the blog to have and it was crazy accurate. (Personally hate posting on Linkedin so all my linkedin posts 😂)
Content database - all our public customer content is on a confluence database and I create quick cheat sheets on all the customer stories for the reps.

@Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) perhaps a future guest speaker?

Yea!! Love this!

@Cara Peterson these are awesome! I love the content cheat sheets. are they just high level bullets? And then how do you use the cheat sheets with reps?

Cara Peterson February 20, 2025 at 11:52 PM

@Vera Flores I built a customer content database on Confluence that is how our reps find the right content for what they are looking at. Every piece of content has it's own page that has an overview of the company, then a higher level overview of the story (Challenge, solution, impact), then a 30 second commercial, and email templates.
