Has anyone been part of/run a successful referral program for the enterprise SaaS level? I haven't seen it work at scale for larger/enterprise accounts because the sales cycle tends to be longer and include a number of stakeholders - but would actually LOVE to be wrong!

I don’t know of a successful referral program, especially one that scales, @cecilia Wainio.

I’ve found the best ones are not automated or with a link, just people talking and then letting someone at the company know they mentioned COMPANY to PERSON as an option to consider.
