Welllll...I made it a declaration, so now I need to follow through and do it 😅 - I'm going to be posting regularly on linkedin 3-5x a week with practical CMA tips and leadership resources - if I'm lucky, and have enough time, I might do a video once a week - if there's something you'd like me to cover, LMK. One of the topics for tomorrow is how to scale your CMA results when you're new or have an expanded role

Love tomorrow’s topic, @Kevin Lau 👏 👏

Other topics that come to mind:
• Platforms used to support which programs (+ why) and how you measure the ROI of the tech
• Program types and ROI/business goals
• Convergence of the CMA and Community spaces from your perspective across roles
• What excites you about the CMA space
• What programs/operational things do the top 1% of CMA programs do that the rest don’t, from your perspective

• How to make the best out of peer reviews
• If you could start all over, what would you do differently with your programs

@Cara Peterson — Can you share the doc 🫣

And, those are great topics! I’d like to hear Kevin’s thoughts on them too.

@Kevin Lau some ideas:
• How other departments can benefit from Customer Marketing - and what CM can do to partner with others
• Metrics - pick a program, how did you measure it?
• How to use AI
