Someone please tell me that most launches have some issues… I’m having a rough week.

Most have lots of hurdles to jump over at first, you got this!

Ty I’m at the start of my 6th week. It feels so messy. And I didn’t realize how big the customer base was until last week. I planned as well as possible but the support requests are a lot.

I just ended a call with "have a good weekend" and then realized that it's only Tuesday... So yeah, I feel you. Launches always have issues, no matter how much you've planned. But hang in there, you'll get through!

You got it, Mary 👏 👏

Just landed in NYC for a work event this week.

You've got this, @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly)! I've been in your shoes at a large company. Things always take a little longer to fully launch at a large company. You're just having some minor growing pains. ❤️

Lots of support requests = lots of engagement. Congratulations!!!

We internally celebrate when live demos run smoothly. Issues are part of the process; doing your best is what matters. And if something does come up, as long as you learn from it, that’s still a win.

I feel you Mary! Launches can be tough no matter how well you've planned. In my opinion, 6 weeks at a new company is not a lot of time to fully comprehend their business the way CM has to, so give yourself some grace. I'm on week 4 at a new company--saying to myself too!
