Looking for an impactful way to say "thank you" to customers who traveled across the country to join us on stage for a huge event. Other than sending swag or some other gift, how have you said thank you? Thank you for your ideas :)

At Splunk, I used Sendoso to create 3 levels of gift options (one for keynote, one for breakouts, one for the customer speaker’s admin and comms personnel). I created menus so the speakers could choose. It also allowed me to provide options based on where they are located. Then we had Splunk-branded thank you cards and included customized thank-you notes from whoever on our team was working with each speaker. They seemed to really appreciate the thought that went into it (and our finance team okayed it based on amount spent).

A tagged shoutout from your org's leadership on socials, specifically LinkedIn, can be a a really nice recognition. An individual video thank you post is super nice, but even an executive repost of the customer's session is great.

If they've joined on stage and I know they are looking to further develop as a speaker, I've written them a personal speaker testimonial and shared professional stage photos that they can use for their speaking portfolio. I've found it to be very well received. (I should mention that I was the event organizer in this case so the testimonial made sense)
