Just looked at Champion and Laudable thanks to @Brittnee Dawson. Champion especially looks AMAZING. What other tech tools are people using in the new year? We've been using Lumen to create short customer story videos
And has anyone used Peerbound? I received a message on LinkedIn about it, keen to hear others' thoughts

Peerbound is a solid AI based product for customer proof points. Champion is great for identifying and engaging advocates. Several other great vendors in the space—it really boils down to what your company’s priorities are, existing tech stack and budget.
Thanks Lauren! At the moment I'm just interested in exploring options so I can take them back to the team for discussion. It's just good to keep on top of all the different vendors. Returned from maternity leave and there are WAY more AI products out there for customer marketing and advocacy!

@Charlotte Weiss It’s definitely not a full list and there are new players now 9 months later, but there is a 2024 Vendor Lookbook for the field that you can download here: At least gives you a quick look on each vendor and includes some links they provided.

Laudable's been great since I've started using it over the past couple months. I also use Orca for reference/advocacy management, and am currently setting up a customer referral program with Orca as well.
