Is anyone using Zendesk for building/managing a customer community?
Haha, I was going to say influitive but I guess they only use it for support or no support LOL?

Sort of? More of a technical peer support forum vs. true community, but it's what I have to work with alas.
I’m being serious! Outside of Zendesk, I don’t know of others on the Zendesk Community product (or at least off the top of my head).
I launched a community at my previous company using Zendesk Community and it was ROUGH. Safe to say that community didn't last.
This is good to know… we realized we have the functionality with Zendesk to do this and were considering it.
@Maura Frost My CS team has just "realized" that we already have the Zendesk community module and is suggesting the same ...

Yes definitely!! It's been a couple years since I used it, so there may be updated functionality, but I'm happy to chat 🙂
