I've been building a Gong smart tracker to identify customer advocacy moments in our calls, and it's kind of a cool process to build and train the model. Is this something you all would be interested in learning more about?

Hey all! I work at Gong and just chatted with one of our product marketers about how excited you all are about SmartTrackers.
They said they could hop on a call to give an overview of STs tomorrow at 1:30 EST (hes heading out after tomorrow).

@Amanda Peacock I'm not sure if you saw the discussion for this topic. Also, I think we did a recent call related to this, so I'm going to have to dig it up soon. Angela Ferrante's call about using AI was really helpful on using Gong as well.

That training process was exhausting and never gave me anything close to what I trained it on. Do you think they have made improvements on it from 1 year ago?
