I just got back from our All Hands this week, and during one of the sessions, a customer shared an interesting perspective on Minimum Viable Product programs that I wanted to pass along.
Instead of "Minimum Viable Product," their team uses "Minimum Lovable Product." The reasoning is that viable can sometimes imply something that is just barely functional, whereas lovable suggests something people genuinely care about and want to see succeed. I found this an interesting shift and potentially a great way to inspire stronger investment in your programs.
