Hiiiiii, anyone have a notion they’ve made for customer marketing?
I’m new to my role and I know it’s going to take me awhile to figure out where everything exists etc. I think putting together a notion for customer marketing would help tremendously.
Mostly, to have a central location for everything but it could also have a section for sales/cs. I don’t think I’ll have time to put one together from scratch tho so was hoping someone might have a template to get started. 😬 🙏
(note we use asana so this isn’t for project tracking or tasks it’s more so to make a central hub and to easily find where all things exists for customer marketing and advocacy)

Not on notion, but I have an internal CMA wiki on confluence, for all my resources!

We have confluence internally but I haven't used it before. Is it possible to have a section that's for all external employees and one that's just for the department, @Cara Peterson?

Do you mean keeping track of actual assets or mostly processes?

Yes, mostly links and documentation.
