Hi! I'm looking into customer reference tools 🔎 (bonus if the tool also covers acts of advocacy). I'm aware of Orca. Any other suggestions? Our tech stack consists of Gainsight (not using Insided at the moment), Hubspot, Salesforce. Thanks!

Orca is a CMAweekly preferred partner so there's that 🙂

I'll announce here that I will be hosting a Reference Feature Showdown in January for vendors to show their reference experience from the customer and managers' point of view.

Deeto, Champion, SlapFive, all have the reference function as well.

We bought Deeto at 6sense last spring right as I was leaving there but I believe the rollout has been smooth... You can DM @Sarah Wylie for deets...
I'm super impressed with Champion as well - definitely take a look at what they're doing!
