Hi everyone,
We’re running a customers-only product roadmap webinar under NDA and plan to link the recording in our next customer newsletter. The catch is keeping the video easy for customers to watch yet hard for anyone to share publicly or find.
If you’ve shared similar “semi-private” content, what worked best? I’m looking for a solution that:
• Keeps behind simple authentication
• Let's verified customers' stream with minimal friction
• No downloading or easy resharing without having a verified email
Platform tips or process ideas would be hugely helpful. Thanks in advance!

What video hosting platform do you use? Both with Vidyard and YouTube you can make it only accessible via link, or password protect, without it being searchable. With Vidyard we had it linked with Marketo so we could still see who watched it.

I've used Wistia, too, which I loved.

What <@U08R6SQJA4X> said! There is no silver bullet for keeping it completely secure when sharing through something that can be reshared, but it does help.

How is your community configured? An option in a more complex community format at a past company (used Salesforce community that was highly customized) - we had a Members Only type sub-community for CAB and would post exclusive things there that required authentication as being part of the group to see them. I think the YouTube solution would be a better experience for the customer -- simpler.

<@U08R6SQJA4X> we have Whistia so there could be an option there!
@Rachel Bonistalli <@U0806J8HHHR> we don't have a customer community yet and our education platform doesn't have a login, but would be a great option if we did!

+1 for Wistia! I have used that and it worked well as far as simple access and password protection.
