Hi! Does anyone have tips (or better yet, a playbook) on how to find, nurture, mobilize customers in an already existing Slack community?
Thanks for the tag @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly). Jenni, is this a Slack community you own or a part of?
I’ve had the joy of leading several Slack communities, including paid membership groups, and I often find myself sharing tips with sales and marketing folks who are jumping in with the goal of finding, nurturing, and engaging potential customers.
My assumption is the same thoughtful approach may work beautifully for identifying and supporting your existing customers too.
I’ll share a doc outlining my process once I’m settled in at the office!
Thank you, Ryan. I’d love to see it. Emma, it would be a Slack community that is already established that I would help support but don’t own. I would own the champions piece of it but it’s already used for support etc.
