Hi all - I'm working on outlining each of the different types of customer engagement programs (i.e. CABs, User Groups, Customer Advocacy, etc.) that are common in B2B tech and defining what each of them are, their goals, their components and functions, etc.
I'm sure something like this exists somewhere, and want to make sure I"m aligning to the broader industry understanding of these programs.
Does anyone have any resources or documentation of your own that you'd be willing to share? Ultimately I'm hoping to use this not only internally, but to create a sort of playbook for our customers
