Hi all, I'm looking to speak with a couple of other CM team leaders to understand how roles and responsibilities on your team are structured. Is there anyone who would be up for chatting with me about this and sharing what your team looks like?

happy to chat @Nicole Saunders. I have an old plan (you can see it's from 2021) that I should really update as it no longer reflects the makeup of the team. But at least it gives you a sense of a type of plan. But I'm actually going through some re-planning at the moment, so that would be awesome timing for me as well.
