Hi all! I'm looking to reformat our customer case studies to make them more dynamic - redesigned quote blocks, overall layout, font/style, etc. Has anyone else gone through a similar exercise, and if so, did you report any change in overall performance of the case studies (readership, page views, form fill conversions)?

I have done it, but don't have specific before/after metrics. I did get a lot of positive feedback from the sellers who used newly-designed case studies, though. And internal views/shares from our content library and webpage case study views did trend up after the change. I think it's very worth the effort. Bullets/overview, infographics, call out quotes, relevant stock photos...make the layout guide the reader through.

Same, I’ve done it and I know we were tracking before and after but to be honest our editorial team was responsible for tracking metrics and it was so long ago I can’t recall the impact. But it was totally worth it! The field really appreciated it because it made the stories so much more easy to digest and you didn’t necessarily have to read the entire story to get the idea of how much the solutions made a difference for that customer.
