Hey Everyone, I'm new here and was looking for inspiration for content - new ways of telling stories! We all know case studies but is there something else that you've tried? I would love to hear from you!
I love framing stories as playbooks and tactical guides - just get way more useful education and credibility frame.
Showing the voice of the customer in aggregate w statistics, charts, infographics can be really interesting (and you can compile a report with different types of content - testimonials, stats, charts, etc)
Organizing multiple content assets into collections/microsites around industry, persona, region, use-case etc is good for repurposing
I have had a lot of success starting the process with a podcast. I use the transcripts to produce a blog/case study/quotes.
The podcast allows me to take short audio clips to use on social. It also allows our team to evaluate whether or not a customer would be a good candidate for speaking opportunities and PR. Several examples are posted by me on LinkedIn.
Many customers are more comfortable going the podcast route vs a case study to start.
