Hey all :wave: I’ve seen two dates around customer appreciation day in both April and May, and while every day is customer appreciation day in my eyes, curious where others have landed. With April 18 or May 17? Thank you! :blush:
@Aunalisa Arellano and I are currently baking up a Customer Appreciation Month - which kicks off on April 18 and concludes on May 17 😂
Its always 3rd friday in May
We do third Friday in May but we were also uncertain about April versus May. Thank you for raising the question!

Most people have no idea when Customer Appreciation Day is ... so we figured we may as well just make it our own the important thing is that we do something to show appreciation!
@Kayleigh Bateman of course! We're running an email gifting campaign over the month (splitting the customer lists into two different sends), featuring customer stories on social (the customers are in customer service/experience industries, so sharing the "customer appreciation" across the stories and our campaign is pretty easy), including videos from execs, and promoting a "continue to share the love" giveaway where folks are entered for a larger prize after reviewing us! We're also working with our pals in CS to expand our lists beyond known advocates so we can hopefully activate some new references. Happy to dive in deeper to anything, just let me know if you have questions.
