Has anyone built a customer advocate directory in Notion or Google Drive that are synced well to your CRM/other tools? I want to enrich with details like emails, location, health score, partnership tier, etc without manual updates.
Would love to see what yours looks like if you have a good system 🙏
We're on HubSpot! Unfortunately though a lot of our product and post-sales data is spread across other tools (metabase, retool) so I want something that's very well connected to pull in from multiple studios.

I did this in Google Sheets years ago. But I did the updates manually. Airtable has done this with syncing to other tools though.
Yeah I'm leaning toward AirTable... the manual updates will kill me 😂
What's the reason? just to ditch an extra tool, or was there some specific limitation?
