We’re currently implementing Champion (super excited about it!). I highly recommend looking into them. I’ve used influitive in the past but they have disappeared which is sad. ReferenceEdge is also another good tool.

But are you just looking for a rewards system or something that can track the entire program?

Thank you!! We currently use ReferenceEdge - so that's how i'm tracking and reporting on advocates currently. But would love to have a rewards system in place. I previously used Influitive at another company, and would like to have something similar. Will give Champion a look!

Ahh ok! I know RefEdge has a point system but you’d have to send the gifts out yourself.

Maybe I'll chat w/ my RefEdge CSM before looking into anything else. I'm new to the company and RefEdge so I wasn't aware we could do that.. thanks for your help!

Don't know anyone that's used them but can say they are pointed at Influitive at least.

Another option that's a little more B2C/self-serve oriented (historically at least) is https://getambassador.com/ - rewards more in a referral and influencer marketing type context

https://www.orcaforce.co/ and Base I believe both have some point type gamification/incentivization - but both would be fairly redundant/competitive with RefEdge vs more complementary.

Deeto also has a points system for acts of advocacy.

Do you have a preferred reward vendor? It might be worth exploring if an integration can be built with RefEdge so you don't have to migrate all of your points / activity data
