Curious to hear from others whether they're seeing the death of in-person user groups, or if this is just happening in Australia. We've led a series of in-person events over the years and numbers are just not what they used to be, so our org decided to can them for the year
Yes, we've also seen a drop in in-person engagement at User Groups.
Thanks Sarah. And would you ever cancel all user groups because of the numbers, or keep them for those die-hards who still attend?
That's a great question. We haven't had that discussion yet, but I think we'd likely test out some different formats and promotional strategies and see if it's something we're doing or if the appetite for these types of meetups just isn't there.
We will always keep our core cities to continue to build on that community.
