Can anyone tell me all I need to know about starting, planning, running a CAB? I just ordered Irene Yam's book but wanted to hear from the community about any other tools or best practices. Thanks!
how many hours do ya got? lolol but really i think the most important thing is getting your leadership aligned to what you want out of the CAB and what your customers want out of the CAB .. once you determine that, you can really build anything from there!
Have you seen the recording posted on the #CAB channel with Sean Geehan? That’s a good place to start.

I struggle with the soft side of setting up a CAB. Often I see companies not want to run CABs the ideal way at outlined in Iren’s excellent book. They want a sales event, not a true two way give and take. I think sometimes you need to read the room and give leadership what they want even if you don’t agree with it. I’d love to hear what others think.
Yes, for sure. It’s hard to convince them otherwise. CABs seem to be coming back in a big way. I’m seeing this come up in every job description/interview.
