Anyone have good examples how they have celebrated customers or individual community members at events? Customer awards is an obvious one, but any other cool ways important customers have been publicly recognized at events - virtual or in person?

Exclusive access to certain events or lunch/dinner with the speakers. Acknowledgement on their badges that are unique to them. If virtual, give them an opportunity to come on video and ask questions, where others have to use Q&A. Get them on stage (live or virtual) to acknowledge them in front of everyone. Slides with their photo and info for everyone to see.
Those are just a few off the top of my head.
