Hi all! We’re in the process of integrating our Influitive hub with Salesforce for reference management and syncing our SF data with Influitive. Has anyone done this specifically for references and if so, would you be willing to chat? I am curious about the process you have in place with it, particularly how you manage communication/expectations around it. Thanks!
Hi Maura! Happy to chat on this. I was not the person who linked the two on the back end, but I was involved in that process and can possibly help with some suggestions for best practices.
Lauren, that’d be amazing! We have a lot of the technical stuff down but my CCO was asking me today about how we’re going to handle communication with Sales reps throughout the process, etc. I’ll email you! Or if you have a calendar booking link, I can find a time 🙂

Maura, I'm curious as we are/were planning on implementing this integration soon as well and using the reference tool. Have you run into any issues getting this set up due to the acquisition?
@Sarah Howell I will say that we had kicked this off before the acquisition, but so far we have had no issues! Our team who is implementing the integration had a couple of questions for Influitive that our CSM got answered and then it was smooth sailing, so this could be something that could pose a problem. If a problem arose, I don’t know who would help 😞
